Gorana Barišić Bačelić (1979, Split) is an expert in cultural management. She graduated in art history and English language and literature at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zadar, and additionally trained in cultural management through the program of the De Vos Institute of the University of Maryland National Intensive Arts Management organized by the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia. Her areas of interest are strategic management, interpretation of cultural heritage, and audience development. He teaches cultural heritage management at the Polytechnic in Šibenik, and regularly participates in various seminars, gatherings, and workshops, passing on the knowledge and experience gained in Šibenik. Since 2016, he has been managing the Sibenik Fortress of Culture, a multidisciplinary public institution that manages the restored Fortresses of St. Mihovila, Baron and St. Ivan, the Arsen House of Art in Šibenik and the Croatian Coral Center on the island of Zlarin. Under her leadership, the activities and programs of the Fortress of Culture Šibenik have been recognized at the national and European level as an example of good practice and have been awarded numerous awards.
