Ivana Kolar is engaged in consulting and project management in tourism. She is the founder and CEO of Julius Rose Ltd., a business consulting in the field of business strategy, investment project management, and new value development.

For many years she was CEO of Terme Tuhelj Ltd., the largest thermal and spa resort in Croatia. She ran the business and development of the center almost since its founding in 2003, including leading large investment projects and the transformation of the 2* hotel with swimming pools to the largest continental 4* resort in Croatia with a wide range of modern spa, wellness and congress products and services. Terme Tuhelj has won many awards for quality and steady development of business, and together with a team of co-workers she played a significant role in fostering the development of year-round tourism in Croatia and setting standards of the Croatian spa and wellness offer. Today, she is engaged in the development of Terme Tuhelj as Advisor to the Management Board.

Ivana Kolar actively participates in numerous organizations and associations for the development and promotion of tourism and economy – Association of Employers in Croatian Hospitality, Croatian Employers’ Association, Croatian Spa Cluster, and others.

In 2011 she received the “Manager of the Year” award from the Croatian managers` & Entrepreneurs` Association CROMA.
